“Around August/September of this year I was struggling with my usual hamstring/glute problems, so I popped in to Fit For Purpose and they enabled me to continue training right through to my big race in October.
I was absolutely ecstatic to (finally!) break 40 minutes for the River Ness 10k, thanks to John and Christine’s treatments and friendly advice.
John has now taken on the bigger challenge of coaching me, along with Mary. We’re 8 weeks in and I feel great, I’m running really well and the exercises that Mary has given me are really helping strengthen my glutes and generally improve my running.
I’m really looking forward to the next 4 weeks training and to finding out how fast I can do Ribble Valley 10k in…”
