Sports Injury
A primary benefit of soft tissue therapies such as massage is to assist with faster recovery from injury. We use advanced massage techniques, mobilisation and gentle manipulation to disperse scar tissue and restore the natural range of motion. We can then provide advice and support as you get back into action and return to fitness.
Prevention is better than cure, but if things go wrong we are here to help:
- Sports injuries: - soft tissue techniques such as massage are often the key to recovery from injury
- Surgery: - Even simple operations can leave tissues stuck together and imobile, massage can release the tissues and restore normal movement, preventing further injury or long term disability
- Rehabilitation: - When you are ready to start exercise again we can provide advice on what to do, how hard to work and support to help you along the way.
