Nutrition

Without proper nutrition the body and mind cannot function properly. Too little food or food of the wrong type results in tiredness, ill health and an inability to concentrate. Too much food results in obesity and associated ill health, disability and loss of self esteem.

Nutritional assessment is based on a 3 to 7 day food diary, providing a detailed breakdown of nutrient intake. A personalised report is provided, which is discussed during a personal consultation.

The nutritional assessment is particularly useful in combination with the start of a health and fitness programme or in support of focused sports training.
