Training and racing support: Lanzarote (7th to 23rd February 2012)
Fit for Purpose provide supported environments that enable athletes to perform to their optimum potential.
Based on clear evidence from previous camps and working closely with elite athletes, we have found the most effective support we can provide is frequent, regular soft tissue therapy including sports massage, mobilisation and assisted stretching.
This intensive support programme has enabled elite competitors such as Paralympic athlete Karen Darke to complete periods of sustained heavy training that have previously resulted in severe muscle soreness and biomechanical inefficiency.
We therefore propose the following packages for our upcoming training camp in Lanzarote, running from 7th to 23rd February 2012:
- 3 massage sessions (105 Euros, a saving of over 15 Euros)
- 5 massage sessions (140 Euros, a saving of over 65 Euros)
- 7 massage sessions (180 Euros, a saving of over 110 Euros)
- 10 massage sessions (240 Euros, a saving of over 175 Euros)
It would be helpful if you let us know any particular areas that you would like to focus on prior to arriving at the camp, and book a package in advance.
We strongly recommend choosing a package that gives you a massage at least every other day but if you choose not to take up one of the packages, massage therapy will cost 40 Euros per hour.
